1919 Stevens Double barrel

I'm looking at a double barrel shotgun made by Stevens. The only markings on it are on the side plate and say Stevens Arms company 1919.

Not being much on shotguns, does this mean it was MADE in 1919 or just patented then? It has enclosed hammers Not side hammer type.

A picture might help but, it sounds like possibly the 311 from Stevens, Savage, and even Springfield (as a 511). A lot of them were made and I grew up on one (in 16 bore) in the 1930s that I really liked and still have. Shot lots of ducks and pheasants with it.

:D :D
