My 1916 Spanish Mauser will not feed. I think I have the wrong follower. If so, where can I get the correct one?

How are you trying to load the rifle? You can't just stick a loose round on top of the milspec follower and run the bolt home with a Mauser.
Put a single round in the magazine, cycle the bolt all the way back, slowly push it forward. If the bold does not strip the single round from the top of the magazine, let us know.

Jimro is correct. If you jam a round into the chamber, you gently push it out with a cleaning rod. If out in the field with no rod, with the left had press hard on the side of the extractor and try to close the bolt all the way. It's easier if you're sitting down as us humans don't have three hands.
