1911 value?

I have a 1911 Caspian frame, Colt slide, military bbl, trigger job, aftermarket sights, shoots reliably and pretty accurately.
Any thoughts on value here? I'm considering selling it to a friend, but don't know where to start discounting... :D

I built it and used it for a back-up when I was shooting action matches. Sights are MMC or something like that, I don't recall, and the safe's downstairs. :D Just looking for an approximate value so I don't screw my buddy, or give him the deal of the century, either! :D
