1911 Sites ?............

This is a great forum. Thanks to all involved.
Are there any sites out there nearly as good as this one that caters to 1911 style guns specifically???
Any help appreciated.

James, believe me that I looked for the same thing!

When I couldn't even find a 1911 message board I thought "what the hell" & made my own!

Of course it aint as slick as this but it's better'n nothing. With all the history behind the 1911 you would think that there would be a REALLY HUGE WEB SITE that we could go & pay homage to John Moses Browning & his venerable creation, The 1911.

So as a stop gap until that time comes,go to <a><a href="http://www.angelfire.com/hi/ParaOrdnanceFanClub/index.html">The Para/1911 Fan Club Home Page</a>, there you'll find the 1911 Home Page located in Greece which is the best 1911 Information site that I've come across.Also there is my message board & Links to other 1911 related stuff.

Hope you get to meet the other 1911 @holics that post regulary there!
