1911 Sights [pre wwII]

What type of aftermarket sight are available for the old style of 1911s [pre WWII, with VERY small front and rear sights]? I am hoping for adjustable also, but at least a 'modern' larger sight, possibly nightsights. Thanks

Don't touch the sights on your 1911! I hear that original, unaltered, pre-war 1911's have significant collector value which will be destroyed by changing the sights.

If original and in good shape, you may be able to sell it to a collector and use the proceeds to buy 2 or 3 new, quality, 1911- types.
