1911 reproductions ?

In all of your wisdom what is the best reproduction of the Colt 1911, As far as quality accuracy go ?

The various 1911s made by Colt come pretty close.

If by Colt 1911 you mean the GI pistols 1911/1911A1 made by Colt and contractors for the US, the Colt Government Model is the original commercial model.

Kimber, Springfield Armory, Wilson, Baer, and others are all copies of the Colt pistol. I prefer the Colt brand myself but any of the reproductions are highly regarded by members of this board.
