Grabbed a model 19-7 at the local gun show last saturday, traded a HK/USP (40s&w) compact for it.
The 19 is real nice, with barely a turn line, rubber grips, 6"Barrel, and the original box it shipped in from the factory!
I will put together some loads this weekend. can't wait !

As much as I like my HK's, theres not a one of them I wouldn't swap for a nice model 19. ;) Finest revolver that S&W made, IMO of course. Regards 18DAI

thanks 18DAI, I grew up shooting a 22lr combat masterpiece & a k38 both with 4" barrels, so the 6" will take some getting used to, but I think I'll manage.:D
The S&W triggers just don't compare to anything else, actually nothing compares to a Smith !!
