I used to have a G30, and I actually also tried both of Proload's 185 gr. and 200 gr. +P rounds. Both worked well in my G30 and I didn't have any problems... However, I did feel an increase in recoil and muzzle flip with the +P round. So I decided to go with the 185 gr... You should try them both out in your gun as well... My decision was mostly based on the felt recoil / muzzle flip factor. But felt recoil / muzzle flip is different from person to person, so you might not feel a difference. Both are good rounds...
