I have a 1850 Hawkins Black Powder replica pistol. I purchased it in 1982 it in Germany on an Air Force Base with a German vendor. I only fired it once and now want to sell it. I can't seem to find out how much it is worth or where to sell. Can anyone help out? Would appreciate it.

It appears to be a Jukar or CVA Hawken. These were made in Spain and inported by several suppliers starting in the 70's, both as kits and as finished guns. NIB specimens are worth about $130 today.

Thanks to both responders. It appears you both agree. Yes, it is a CVA made pistol. If fired but in original box would the value be much less?

I just sold one just like it on gunbroker last month ....it brought me 125.00 and it was in much better shape than the one in your pic ...
I have only fired mine twice and paid 125.00 for it new 5 years ago ....so I figure no loss no gain ...but made room in the gun safe for more .
One made by Pedersoli would be worth twice that or more.

I appreciate everyone's comments. You are definitely right about the CVA box, slide in Styrofoam in thin cardboard sleeve.

This thread can be closed since I got what I needed from it. I don't know how to close or if you even close any.

Thanks again all.
