170 Ohio Carry Permits Invalidated

The instructor cut corners and did not require his students to shoot.

Lake County sheriff's Capt. Ron Walters tells The News-Herald in Willoughby (http://bit.ly/1EuKkFk ) that the instructor offered "fast-track" classes that cut corners and didn't require people to go to a shooting range. Walters says the instructor then distributed training certificates that people used to get their licenses.

Ohio has a Constitutional Carry bill in the works anyway. Let me know when Ohio issues a non-resident, though.
