Thats a lot of specifications to look for. It seems like if i find something similiar, its always a carbine length gas system. Anybody have any decent sources or favorites?

Bravo Company and Noveske both make lightweight, chrome-lined 1:7 midlength uppers.

Bravo Company would be my first choice, and that kind of thing has been in stock for a while now. Everything you want, ready to ship, from one of the best in the business.
The only other one I might consider would be the Spike's Tactical Elite that AIM Surplus just got in stock. It isn't a full lightweight profile (it's lighter than government profile), and it comes with a BCG, handguard, charging handle, and heavier buffer. Price is pretty good on it too.
