135 bear creek load data needed W231

Anyone out there have a load spec for 135gr lead 9mm with W231? I was considering 3.0 with a OAL of 1.160". Any suggestions? It's going to be primarily for plinking

When you can't find data, use data for next heavier bullet.
3.5gn is start in one manual, with a max of 4.5gn 231/HP38 for L-TC of L-RN.
