I have a Springfield 12 gauge single shot model 94A that shoots 2 3/4in shells. It was my great grandpa's and i was wondering if anyone knew anything about how old it might be or if it was worth anything? it was manufactured in chicopee falls Mass. It has a little circle with a 20 in it beside the end of the barrel.

The Springfield 94 shotgun was made by Stevens (a division of Savage). Stevens also sold the same gun as the Stevens 94. My info says that, although not exactly the same, many parts from the Stevens 940-series shotguns will replace those on the 94.

Gun Trader's Guide #27 says:
