it CAN cycle, I have gotten some pretty strange loads to cycle in my 300. but the only way to know for sure is to try it out. don't buy a large amount t start since you may end up single shotting it.
I think it will work just fine personally, you will be barely seating to the bullet, so a good crimp is going to be mandatory. I have been using the 100gr lapua cutting edge bullets and they are even shorter than the speer 110 hot-cor, I think youll be okay
