10mm and .45super

I know that I've touched upon this topic before guys...bear with me. Was looking on Buffalo Bore's site at .45 super ammo . Apparently you can get 10mm power WITH a .45 sized hole. I've read, on this site, of those who hunt with a 10mm. It was mostly deer at around 40yds. What are the hunting limitations of the 10mm (biggest animal as well as accuracy/range)? Also considering I can get similar ballistics from a .45 super(1300fps BB 165gr) would this be an equal alternative?

Guy on GT posted a muley he took at 120 yards with a Glock 20.

I've taken deer and black bear with a 10mm loaded less than Norma levels.

A 200gr JHP at 1200fps at any caliber is enough to bring home the meat.

Both cartridges are fun.
