10/22 action & receiver

I'm looking for a blued 10/22 Action and receiver to build a 10/22 around. I already have a 20" Hogue Match Grade blued Bull Barrel, a Hogue Overmolded target stock, and a 3-9X40mm Eurolux scope. Would it be cheaper to just buy a blue 10/22 complete, or does anyone sell the complete receiver and trigger setups?

Buy a plain jane 10/22 at WallyWorld and take the old stock and barrel to a gun show.
You should be ably to sell the barrel and stock for around 60 buck to help recoup the cost of buying the whole gun. Or you could buy an old 10/22 in bad shape from a gunshow and refinish the action and triggergroup with a baked on enamel. I've seen 10/22 at gun shows for 50 bucks in bad shape.
