+1 on Talon Rubber Grip

Had my Glock 19 to the range for the first time after installing the Talon rubber grip: http://talongungrips.com/grips/glock/19-23-25-32-38-new.html

BIG DIFFERENCE! It is noticeably easier to shoot with the rubberized texture than with the stock RTF texture to me. Easier to get follow up shots as the gun isn't biting my hand and moving around as much. 1100rds total now, I'm really starting to like this gun. Still needs night sghts but after that it'll be just about perfect.

I would also give my endorsement of Talon grips. I installed the more aggressive style grip on my XDM for 3 gun stuff and it really stays put in my hand, even when sweaty or dirty or whatever. They are really good people there too.

no 1911 grips

I went to there website, oddly I did not see any grips for 1911's.

BTW, what is the best rubber grips for a 1911 and where to get them?

Was never really crazy about stippling jobs or skateboard/sandpaper tape. Then along comes Talon rubber grip decals-perfect. Locks my guns(Ihave them on three) in my hand without discomfort no matter how much I shoot . I find I can make quicker follow up shots because of the control. Everybody that shoots with me has gone to them on their action pistols and most use them on their EDC as do I.

Love my Talon Grips

I installed the Talon granular grips on my XDM 4.5" .45 and it is rock solid in my hand. Fit and installation was perfect. For non-CC use, I prefer the granular over the rubberized.

I agree, +1. I have Talon grips on both my XDs and G26. I've carried each (separately) for a while with many rounds through both. As long as you apply them right the first time, they should last a long time.

How do the talon rubber grips hold up compared to the sand paper grit texture, I know the sand paper ones last a long time. Been thinking about getting some for my Shield but cant decide which one I want.

I have these grips on 6 of my pistols and 4 of my long guns. IMO they provide the perfect grip surface for a firearm. They provide a non slip surface without being abrasive to your hand or clothing.

Have Talon on my Mod 2 .45. Had Powder River Precision on my XDm 3.8 Compact .45. Those were nice, too. Prefer the Talon.
