Okay, rather than poach on the bow-hunting success thread, I decided to start a new one.
The first day of ML season, I dropped this little management buck at 75 yds. He went down like he'd been struck by lightning. He would have been a small 8-point (eastern count) but one side of the rack is messed up. The deer on my farm often have messed up left sides and we're trying to cull them out. Upon closer inspection, it appears that this deformity might have been the result of an accident rather than genetics. Oh well, he'll taste good either way.
Knight .50 cal Disc Rifle
300 gr. Hornady SST-ML
Lock-n-Load Sabot
3 - 50 grain Triple-7 pellets
