My email address has changed and I can't retrieve
It's very important to keep your TFL profile current by providing a valid email address.
This can be done in the User Control Panel
If your email address has changed and you've forgotten your password, please send us an email to request an update to your profile: Request Profile Update
Please provide the following information:
- The name you use on TFL
- Previous email address
- Desired email address
- The TFL Names of one or two Members who can confirm that the Profile in question belongs to you....(someone you know or have had PM exchanges with.)
